As I hope we will be able to see in this response of mine to Paul (Whiting’s) posts, his rendition of the link still looks truncated. But it worked for me in its first incarnation. Nevertheless, I suspect that isolating links meant to stay live is a good precaution, even if you do it only by enclosing the link (w/o any quotation marks [or spaces]) between “<“ on the left and “>” on the right.
