I would stay away from the "blocks" of Arches. The one I tried had a low dmax and the edge had to be cut off to avoid printer damage.
I prefer the Arches Hot Press Bright White (not really very bright and prints just like the standard) 140 lb. (300 gsm) in "full sheets" -- 22x30 inches (approximately). See http://www.dickblick.com/products/arches-bright-white-watercolor-paper/
