It is a variation of D6c. Of interest, I've published formulas for replacing Photo Flo and Edwal LFN.
I wonder if a company like MIS could make a blend of just the surfactants and ship it economically enough for it to pay off for everyone. I suspect they could. (I'll forward this to MIS.)
