Thank you Paul. I tried what you said. Unfortunately it did not change anything. I tried to print an image in BO mode. In the beginning I got a very light grey print (like 5 or 10% of black) and then progressively fully white paper. I'm afraid that there is no ink transfer between the cart and the nozzles. Pull the plug. Flood the parking pad with Windex, and manually move the head back over the parking pad into its usual parking position. Don't plug in the machine for a few hours. Then after it has sat for that length of time, plug it in and let it continue the cleaning cycle.
