I could try increasing the drying time, before the paper advances. But I suspect that just changing the paper feed advance would throw off the alignment. That said, those star wheels are pretty sharp.
I found a (blurry) video showing (I think) how to remove the exit rollers from the 4800. I may give that a try. I removed these rollers from my old Epson 1400 with no effect on print quality. But I honestly thought I was past that with a ‘pro’ printer. No such luck I guess.
