I forwarded the matter to MIS. That usually gets their attention.
The reality is that the volume of B&W is down to the point they sometimes have to reorder themselves and are waiting for the inputs. We are using inputs (e.g., the upgraded -- better dispersant -- original Eboni MK other than their current higher volume color materials.
