I don't use any neutralized ink, in and of itself, these days. My pattern is now 100% carbon in most printer spaces with a neutralizing toner in one slot to pull the tone from carbon warm to neutral, depending on the profile used. I base the toner on Canon pigments. Interestingly, the same toner works for both MK and PK based carbon inksets.
