I want to stress the point that if you want an exchange to happen in a certain way or have particular expectations, you need to be proactive and make it happen. You cannot sit back and wait for it to come. Contact people. Tell them what you think. Moderate your own group. Set your own guidelines and follow them. People want and need to participate in an exchange on many levels. I think that each should jump in to the degree and in the manner they desire. There are a lot of view points and many different comfort levels. Participate yourself and that will set the tone of what you want in return, but don't expect that everyone will play. Martin Wesley
