Steadman,
The 1270 is at least twice as fast as the 1200, had m-u-c-h more detail,
and is QUIET! in comparison.  I, too, am waiting for a Cone CIS and inks.
The 2000 has lesser detail than the 1270 and also lesser gamut from the
pigment inks.
