Todd, I had a look at your excellent page on "Combing" and I have noticed one flaw in your suggestions. If you check the histograms for the two resulting pictures you will see that they neither show any sign of "Combing" I think that you removed it when you converted to jpg for the web. How about a segment of the image before the final step so we might see the actual comparison? Maybe you could post them to the Files section of the forum.
