One little note on Copyright... If an image or writing is copyrighted and mailed to you. The copyright remains with the author anyway. All the statement does is provide the copyright holder with presumptive grounds for liquidated damages charges AND make the recipient aware that a copyright applies, so the recipient cannot claim lack of knowledge/notice, as grounds for mitigated punitive damages, should they choose to publish/re-publish the writing or imagery. And, while I am NOT a practicing attorney I did spend a good deal of time in law school, working as a law clerk, and later involved with intellectual property and privacy issues as a lobbyist. (To include new causes of action privacy law based upon cases in my own name where I was both plaintiff and counsel of record. That's called "Pro Se". But you probably knew all that already, being an expert on the law yourself. ;- ) Keith
