Just some much faster method of finding out this info... there is a tremendous amount of good information that has been shared on this forum. The best way to find out the information is to search the archives.. These types of questions have been covered and covered... you may have to wade through it.. but you will find out things you never thought of in the process.. answers from work flows are
not one liners... it usually takes a whole stream of food for thought to make a system into a workable system.

in the end, it is all personal, and everyone has a different workflow... first and foremost-- make good images-- printing them is the easy part.. ; - )
