Congratz on the show, Roger. I'm no expert on packaging; you might look
for local firms that specialize in packaging and ask them.
But here's a suggestion on framing: while I prefer glass over plexi,
artists who ship prints to shows often opt for plexi to reduce risk of
breakage. You might consider this. But if you do use glass, use a
product called GlasGard to protect the edge of the glass from contact
with the metal frame.

It's easy to apply and really reduces breakage. If you do your own
framing, you'll find it in your wholesale catalogs; if you use a framer,
they'll know about it.
