The 950 is an A4 size printer. Apparently it's a similar printer to the PM-4000PX, which is an A3 printer that was recently introduced in Japan. Epson UK carries an announcement about the 950. Both are 7-ink (separately replaceable) dye-based printers. Resolution goes up to 1440 X 2880 and dot size is down to 2 picolitres. There is some early information on dp-now.com about these models.
