The majority of the prints we receive at the Palm Beach Photographic Museum for our shows are shipped to us crated by truck or FedEx freight. The crates are wood frames and plywood. The majority have vertical foam strips mounted every 2-3 inches. The framed prints slip down into these slots. The result is that they are separated and cushoned by the foam. The bottom of the crate and top are lined with foam so as to add cushioning. We now have approximately 6o of Phil Borges prints on display from his Enduring Spirit show. They came in 5 crates with 12 framed prints in each. Michael J. Kravit Architect/Photographer Palm Beach Photographic Center Board of Directors
