Jim, Martin mentioned these curves back on 3/12 and there were a couple of follow-up posts. My experience with the VM inks until a few weeks ago was limited to antique photo restoration. But a few weeks ago I began experimenting with BW photography. I started with Paul's curves and was working on Photo Rag, ESFA and Museo. I downloaded Tyler's curves a couple of weeks ago after Martin mentioned them and have been experimenting, mostly on Photo Rag and to a lesser degree ESFA. I have some Museo, but haven't tried them with that paper yet. Since I've never used EAM I probably wasn't getting optimal results with Paul's curves on the Photo Rag or ESFA, but I was still pleased. However, Tyler's crv08 curve gives me the best prints I've produced to date, using these inks and Paul's workflow on Photo Rag. I think it's phenomenal. ESFA isn't too far behind. I experimented briefly with the warm02 curve and it looked good as well, but the cld01 was hopelessly posterized. Hope this helps... Tom Keesling
