Piezo and MIS inks are compatible. I used to color the yellow position
piezo ink with MIS cyan and magenta inks to get cold tones. Just hook up
the new inks, and run about 20 pages or so of each position ink color
and the new ink will show up. You can also use a syringe, and suck out
the inks from the bottom of the cartridges as much as possible. This
will then require only about a dozen prints before the new inks take effect.
