When you have your crop tool selected, look in your Options toolbar, you
may have specified a certain crop size and low res.
If that is not the case, reinstall PS.

Subject: [Digital BW] Slightly off-topic Pshop problem

An oddity just started in the middle of the day, after working with
no problems earlier. If I mark an image to crop, then double-click,
PS is turning the thing into a thumbnail, a 300MB image is being
reduced to a 100+KB file. I've restarted PS with no change, rebooted
the computer, again, no change.

Anyone know what is causing this? corrupted preferences, or some
such? I've misplaced the preferences file... can someone tell me
where it lives? (This is a Win box)

Thanks,

Tim
