When you have your crop tool selected, look in your Options toolbar, you may have specified a certain crop size and low res. If that is not the case, reinstall PS. TigerShark

If I mark an image to crop, then double-click, PS is turning the thing into a thumbnail, a 300MB image is being reduced to a 100+KB file. I've restarted PS with no change, rebooted the computer, again, no change. Anyone know what is causing this? corrupted preferences, or some such?
