Re-read page 22 of the piezo manual re gamma and dot gain. I have to assume
your screen is wysiwyg with the room almost dark and you are getting a good
nozzle check. Print 21-step wedges on EAM or other coated matte paper and
incrementally change the gamma first - I started with .99 and moved up. Once
you get a decent step wedge with fairly even visible differences between
tones, begin with the dot-gain. I started at 80% and moved a higher. Each
image may require a small bit of fixing in PS for brightness and contrast.
This should get you a normal-looking print. Check your output with a step
wedge every now and then. That's everything I know about printing. :-) I
find moving the darkest steps apart hardest. The peizo driver prints a lot
of tones in the densest area. Hold the print up to a light.
