You shouldn't be getting warps. Put the board in the press to dry it out
before you mount on it. Lay the dry mounted print under a 18 x 24 or larger
piece of plate glass immediately after it comes out of the press. Check your
temp - it shouldn't be above 180-190 degrees. The self-adhesive stuff will
cost more and may be a nuisance to position the print on it. I don't know if
it is re-positionable.
