Epson Premium Glossy with Quadtones?

After thorough research I'm going to buy a 2nd Epson dedicated to BW
printing and will make the decision later this week after viewing various
outputs.   Looks like an 1160/860 is the way to go with a dedicated quadtone
BW ink set from MIS.    Will this ink work well with Epson Premium Glossy
Paper?
