Hi bellis60, The ZIP file is a compressed archive file that contains the curve files (curve files have an extension of .acv) within it. The ZIP file must be decompressed using a utility program, such as WINZIP...assuming you are using a PC. If U R on a MAC, I think you can accomplish the same thing with Unstuffit. If you don't have the necessary programs, do a search on a site such as CNET, and you'll be able to find the programs.
