Billie, you should distinguish between the "old" P. Roark curves, which he has created to print piezo inks through the Epson driver and his "new" curves for his variable mix ink set. I think his new curves won´t work with the piezo inks. As the Full Spectrum inks with J. Woolf workflow and Epson Driver may lead to the same results as Piezo inks with the Piezo driver - it should go vice versa if you apply an reciproke Woolf curve for printing with piezo inks and Epson driver, no?
