Digital BW, The Print

Does anyone use or have experience with Apple's LCD flat panel 
displays? How would you compare CRT and LCD characteristics - 
resolution, contrast, color gamut, calibration, etc.? I notice that 
Apple has discontinued CRTs in favor of LCDs.

Are there affordable calibration devices for LCDs?

I know that a couple of you use a Powerbook as your primary computer. 
Have you been satisfied with it's display?

Also, other than size, has anyone compared the screen quality of the 
iBook vs. the PB G4.

I primarily need a server for my 3000s. I'm considering a laptop for 
it's size and the option of processing images in the field.
