The issue is a bug in Photoshop 6 that would save and open files with the extension .pic as PICT files. This is corrected in PS7, but the targets in Profiler are labeled as (and searched for as) .pic, which causes a Photoshop 7 error. The workaround (until the PS7 comparible version if the software is released) is to find the target in the Horses folder on your harddrive, change the extension to .pct (this requires viewing it with the "view file extensions" setting turned on) and then placing it anywhere convenient and opening it yourself, since the software won't open it for you with the new extension name. For CMYK profiles you would need to select or define the appropriate CMYK settings, open the RGB target manually, and use the "convert to CMYK" command in the menu. C.
