Perhaps if Epson designs a pig printer for their own inks the print head would be more condusive to fluid flow. And unfortunately, I don't think you can use mathmatics to solve that one. You're back to trying it and see... More stuff than just jet size to worry about. It's important, but I would also worry about plumbing path in head. Jim H.
