David, Thanks for the answers. re: setting the black/white points of the wtep-wedge: Sorry I was unclear - No, I was just stating that as a reason why I couldn't set the white/black points of the step-wedge in my scanning software - it is brain dead. I CAN scan the step-wedges, but I was wondering if it was possible to set the white/black points once it's imported into Photoshop --or-- if they had to be set in the scanning software for this method to work effectively?
