Martin has kindly posted the workflow I used to produce my RGB 
partitioned quad curves.  The file name is profile_make2.pdf.  It's 
located in Files> Ink Sets, review and techniques> MIS FS.

The version E partitioned workflow and curves are located in 
Files> Ink Sets, reviews and techniques> MIS FS> 1160 Partitioned 
Workflow.

The curve generation workflow is fairly generic.  I've used it to 
tweak John Woolf's lumped (non-partitioned) curve.  I suspect it 
could be used, in general, to generate partitioned or lumped curves 
for any quad inkset.
