Lots of interesting replies to your question, but no real answer. Just go to www.inksupply.com and look for the purge files. You can purge any individual ink, as you want to do, or all of them at once. Remember to turn off all color management otherwise you will not be printing all cyan. You do not need Photoshop to do this. MIS do tell you on their website that a little air in the tubing is normal, in fact there has to be a small airspace in the top of the cartridge to prevent a syphon type effect which will result in "blobs" of ink being printed.
