Hi David, I respect your opinion, but I don't think it is usually shared by collectors (and it is collectors who buy expensive prints). You may well enjoy the current 34 USPS stamp, but collectors will pay lots of money for the rare stamp with sonme unique misprinting. Or in photography, a rare leica prototype by Oskar Barnack will cost you more than the current (and plentiful) M7. Why do collectors value rarity?
