Jerry since the Pro 24 Piezo machine reportedly only uses 4 tones,With piezo, Where on the MIS web site does it tell us 7000 users what inks to put where? I see nothing about Hextones that implies they will work with the pro24 Piezo Rip driver. I see a varible hextone mix and the old standard hextone or original set. Its well known that the original Hextones won't work with the Piezo driver as the order of inks is different. Not to make a dig on Cone and company, But the 7000 users are referrring to thier software as a rip and all the other printers its a plug in. So 1,500 for the rip and a 150 for the driver plugin? Is there a differance other than what they call it? Steve M n a message dated 08/23/2001 4:50:18 PM Pacific Daylight Time, jerryolson@... writes: << They have. You'd just have to refill virgin 7000 cartridges with the MIS inks. Jerry >>
