Re: Piezo vs. Imageprint 4

Piezo!

For me the biggest factor right now is cost. PiezographyBW Pro is a
lot cheaper if you print to or plan to print to more than 1 printer.

ImagePrint 4 forces you to buy licenses for each additional printer
you run on it. Right now with my single purchase of PiezographyBW Pro
I am printing on one computer to a 9500, a 7000, a 1280 and a 3000.
This little print factory would cost a fortune with ImagePrint 4.

Piezo Pro's big selling point (InkjetMall should read this!!!) is that
you can print simultaneously to as many printers as you have printer
ports for on Windows. And it includes drivers and profiles for all
thir supported printers. I can use ethernet, USB and parallel.

It zips along with small images but does slow a bit on the 9500 when I
am printing on the 1280 at the same time. No problemo on the 7000,
3000 and 1280.

I couldn't afford to consider the ImagePrint because of the studio I
planned.
