Robert,

The folks at Colorbyte are VERy fair in their pricing. I bought the RIP 
for the 7000 and then added the RIP for the 10000. I don't want to 
disclose the price, but from what I understand it was very close to 
their (Colorbyte) cost. There is no question that they support their 
customers and do what they can to work with us.

They ran 7 paper profiles for me in a few days and then posted them so 
we could all benefit. They apologized that it took more than 2 days.

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
