Robert, The folks at Colorbyte are VERy fair in their pricing. I bought the RIP for the 7000 and then added the RIP for the 10000. I don't want to disclose the price, but from what I understand it was very close to their (Colorbyte) cost. There is no question that they support their customers and do what they can to work with us. They ran 7 paper profiles for me in a few days and then posted them so we could all benefit. They apologized that it took more than 2 days. Mike On Wednesday, May 8, 2002, at 09:23 PM, Robert G.
