I experienced the same problem with the yellow position last week. To test the problem I inserted the Cleaning Cartridges and after running a cleaning cycle, I did a nozzle check... it was perfect. I put the problem cart back in and once again, nothing. So, I replaced the bad cart and haven't had any problems since.
