It may mean that they have more trouble attracting new customers. If they have little to offer over the standard printer/ink combination - then why not stay with the standard? I'm in the market for a printer but haven't done anything yet, waiting till the 2200 is out with some miles on it. If it had not been for the "promise" of this technology, I would have surely gone the MIS/Cone/Lyson route.
