Digital BW, The Print

Hello all, I've read the many suggestions for papers on the Cone/MIS 
sites but would like your opinions on a good one to start with for 
someone who has never done this kind of printing before. I'll be 
using an Epson 1160, a Cone driver and MIS FS ink.   I realize that 
which paper to use is a very subjective opinion and with time, 
experience and trying different papers I'll gravitate towards which 
I like to use best, but in the mean time I would like suggestions 
for a paper to use to help me judge my printer's quality and output, 
get a feel for the ink, and overall just get some decent results to 
get me really encouraged for more.  I have have some Epson Matte 
Paper - Heavyweight and also some Legion Photo Matte already. 
Comments on either of those? Others?
