It gives very advice and workflows on speciific projects, though is 
sometimes a bit too in-depth!, and it can be a tad difficult to find 
what you are looking. Having said that... it's good.

I'm not familiar with Real World Photoshop 6.0 though, perhaps 
someone is familiar with both books could advise which is better 
for the B&W artist/photographer.
