No B&W inkjet system currently meets your list of requirements, and the 1160 
is an out of production machine. Consider waiting for the upcoming 2200, so 
that you have a replacable machine under warranty that will offer good, long 
life B&W prints, plus long life color prints from the same machine. For 
highschool level use it would be an excellent compromise.
