Digital BW, The Print

I print MIS FS on Photo-Rag with Imageprint on a 7000. Most of the work has
large areas of solid fills (where problems should show up most) and with a
loop I do not see a pattern. I started with Piezo for a smaller desktop
printer and then switched to ImagePrint for the 7000 to get support for
Color and B&W (and because Jon didn't sell the software without the ink and
I just hated being forced to buy ink to get software) but in either case the
success of the system seems to have more to do with factors beyond the
software - individual printers, humidity, batches of ink, etc. Just like
real photography!
