James, Is there a problem with the output? Missing lines in the nozzle check? I have let one my bottles run empty a couple of times and sucked air into the lines. This did not effect the printer output at all and after I refilled the bottles and ran a few prints the bubbles cleared out. Run it and see how it goes.
