Royal Renaissance is the Media Street name for Photo Rag. It's a hahnemuhle paper, and has fantastic quality, and deep blacks. One of the best papers there is. Yes, there is a good and bad side for printing. Using Paul Roark's curves and the MIS VM inkset, the print settings are nearly identical to those I use for Epson Archival Matte paper.
