I would still suggest you try the 1160 Partitioned Workflow (version 
E) located in the Files section here: Files> Ink Sets> MIS> MIS FS
or on the MIS Workflow page:

If you are looking for a simple lumped (nonpartitioned workflow), I 
suggest you try Woolf's workflow located on the MIS Workflow page.

A *semi-quantitative* way to generate or tweak either partitioned or 
lumped workflow curves using a scanner is presented in 
profile_make2.pdf located in the Files section here: Files> Ink Sets> 
MIS> MIS FS.
