What printer are you using. The 1200 is prone to banding with Piezo. I print
with a 1280 no banding in sigh even under magnification

  Thanks for the reply Alessandro, but I have heard the good results can
  come from FS inks with the Peizo driver and the 1160. Yet, all I try
  have that banding. I've also heard that depending on the image
  sometimes Randall workflow is best, sometimes Peizo is best. I'd like
  to be able to accurately compare the two yet all the Peizo prints I do
  are banded. I'd also like to believe I did not waste money on the
  Peizo drivers when Epson drivers and FS inks would have been
  "better"(!)
