The MIS system has sponges inside the cart. adapters.  FWIW, I asked Bob Z.
about the switch over and he said the best thing to do was to buy a new set
of cart. adapters for about $35 because you are going to have a difficult to
impossible time flushing all of the ink out of the sponges.
