Bonita, it may be worth your while to also check shutterfly.com. I have seen very good prints (color) that a friend got and I can imagine they will do well in bw too (within the limitations of using color materials for monochrome). Also, they are very clear about the materials and process they use: they expose Fuji Chrystal Archive in a Fuji Frontier machine. Chrystal Archive is pretty much the current standard for archival stability in color. As for colorizing, since you are working in RGB already, it's a simple matter of creating colorizing layers (Hue/Sat with "colorize" checked) and make a mask that paints the effect on only the parts you need. I would pay attention to your color management settings, too. I didn't see any info on profiles etc in ofoto, but shutterfly uses sRGB. Be careful that you match what they need especially for bw prints. Have fun!
