I'm Just going by media streets reputation, Sam. I've always got first
rate service and technical support from them. Norm Levy is a very nice
person to deal with, and he always gets back to me within hours whenever
I ask him a question.

I have had tubes caught many times under the cartridges. That damn
velcro just doesn't do it, and the tape comes loose sometimes and I
don't notice it.  I'm not sure what brand name media street uses for
their cis, but It may be their own.
