I'm Just going by media streets reputation, Sam. I've always got first rate service and technical support from them. Norm Levy is a very nice person to deal with, and he always gets back to me within hours whenever I ask him a question. I have had tubes caught many times under the cartridges. That damn velcro just doesn't do it, and the tape comes loose sometimes and I don't notice it. I'm not sure what brand name media street uses for their cis, but It may be their own. Jerry "Sam A.
