There's a choice of fasteners that work similar to in concept to Velcro, but differ in that they lock positively and do not loosen, not even the slightest bit. They would completely (and neatly) solve the sagging arm problems. About a year ago I brought this to the attention of nomorecarts, but they didn't seem too interested, and obviously, didn't think it was important enough to bother with.
