Digital BW, The Print

I asked this before but if there was an answer I missed it

for an image destined to be output via the epson driver and Roark curves,
what grayscale profile should I use? a custom dot gain curve like I would
with piezo?

also, in the epson print dialog what settings should I enter for source
space etc (I have PCM turned off)?
