All I've heard about this is that there's no 2200 grey balancer software for Mac OS X - yet, I assume. I did hear that the 2200 gets something else - can't remember what - instead of the print-on-CD function - I think - of the 2100. Both models get - I believe - some special facility for envelopes! Epson's specs for these 2100/2200 printers suggests to me that they've engineered them for a photographer who might not have Photoshop and wants one printer for all the in-house printing done in a small and unspecialized shop - a sort of Swiss army knife.
